Isotretinoin 10mg

Treatment for acne

○ Initial capacity
As isotretinoin, 0.5 mg/kg of body weight per day is administered while observing the reaction.
○ Maintenance capacity
As this drug, 0.5 to 1.0 mg per kg of body weight per day is administered, and the dose can be increased to 2.0 mg
for severe acne patients.
In the case of a low dose, take it once a day, and in the case of a high dose, divide it into 2 times a day and
take it with a meal.
